Celebrate the Gudanji language with the 2026 Our Animals, Our Country Stamp and Coin Cover from Australia Post and the Royal Australian Mint, released for the UNESCO International Decade of Indigenous Languages. The artwork is by Gudanji, Wakaja and Kalkadoon artist Ryhia Dank (nardurna), an Ambassador of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

The stamp series pairs six native animals with their Gudanji names: Jurrgubadi (Goanna), Jagurrugurru (Emu), Mardumbarrayi (Saltwater Crocodile), Darrmanji (Brolga), Gulamandarrina (Long-necked Turtle) and Marraji (Red Kangaroo). The cover holds a coloured uncirculated $2 Jurrgubadi (Goanna) coin. With only 8,000 produced, it's a meaningful addition for coin and stamp collectors.
